I know people who make a nickel .95 on
their rentals each month.
The only reason you buy real
estate is for tax write offs
and equity growth, You never
buy it to pay for personal things
like household use.
It's the APOD that governs
the rental.
When the property has a cash flow it
needs to be put back into the
property with regards to
the APOD, capital improvements
and non taxable Fiat money
to purchase additional physical assets
Take a management fee out if
needed, but I've seen owners
suck the life out of their rentals
and they risk becoming a
slumlord.
Real estate is an apperciating
business, its different and can
create more physical assets

is tossed out the window

secured by real estate or the
safest, based on talking less
to more people, non
financial instruments with
the efforts of PV and BV acronyms.
You use the non financial
instrument to generate Fiat
money to purchase physical
assets. Non financial instruments
and trust deeds and notes both
create the same thing, fiat
money used to purchase physical
assets
